Just stumbled across this podcast when a friend sent a link to the recent episode with Jonathan Groff. He is incredibly reflective, emotional, and thoughtful as you might expect, including talking about Gavin Creel, Just In Time, and also Floyd Collins.
Quite a few other people with theater credits have appeared if you check the YouTube playlist.
Simple, but compelling format. Martin has questions on cards in several categories and the guest picks the number of a card and then answers the corresponding question.

She’s a wonderful host, and it’s such a simple format that allows the guests to really interpret the questions rather than talk about some point they’ve been discussing ad nauseum on whatever junket circuit they’re on.
Groff's episode is a delight. I also really enjoyed Julianne Nicholson’s episode. There’s an actor I’d kill to see onstage (make it happen, Annie Baker!).

I didn’t know I needed this too until you mentioned it. I adored her in Mare of Easttown and Janet Planet. But I can’t even begin to describe how much I loved her Sinatra in Paradise. Yes Annie, snap to it!
