On GOOD MORNING AMERICA this morning, Robin Roberts was interviewing Will Smith about MEN IN BLACK 3 and talked about how busy he and his family is. One thing they quickly covered was the ANNIE-remake starring Will's daughter, Willow. So apparently it's still happening. I don't even know how this'll end up.
For me it's still a "go away."

But on Letterman last night, Will said Willow now wants to be a ballerina.
To paraphrase MEAN GIRLS: Stop trying to make Willow happen...it's Not Going To Happen!
Maybe Annie can become a ballerina in this version!

By the time they get this filmed, she'll be old enough to do a remake of The Turning Point

Well, she's a good dancer and a wonderful singer for her age so I'm willing to give her a chance. She can really belt it out :)
She's 11 now, by the time this goes through re-writes and development...she'll be ready for The Wiz.
Better anyway:
Will as Scarecrow
Jaden as Tin Man
Martin Lawrence as Lion
Paula Patton as Glinda
Loretta Devine as Evileen
Tyler Perry as the Wizard
This little waste of space needs to go away, the smiths need to stop pushing themselves and moppets onto a public that would rather not see them!
I wish she would whip her hair until she falls into a coma!
This makes about as much sense as the once rumoured remake of AUNTIE MAME starring Whoopee Goldberg.
