I'm looking to buy tickets to An American in Paris, Hedwig, or It's Only a Play on Sunday June 7. I don't have the money at this exact moment, and was wondering if I should worry about any of these selling out?
I do know that June 7 is the final performance of It's Only a Play...would that effect how fast tickets sell?

It's Only A Play and Hedwig are not selling incredibly well at the moment so it shouldn't be a problem to get either of those. An American In Paris is just about selling out every week, but I don't think it is to the point where you need to get your tickets right this second. After the Tony's who knows. TodayTix actually has it for pretty good prices right now for $47-$57 rear mezz & balcony seats only and those can always be purchased the week of and even day of in most cases! Use code CJJSO for $20 off your purchase :)!

Thanks so much! Does the final performance of a show normally effect anything? Or is it just another show?
It won't Effect anything.
It may Affect things, though.

Why is it that so many of the people on this board are such ass holes? So many snobs.

Words have meanings, whether you want them to or not.

You mean a$$holes who can't be bothered to write in the language of the message board so that others can easily read it, and snobby enough to believe that their time is more valuable than everyone else's? So much more valuable that the 30 seconds that they save by not proofreading their posts justifies the extra 30 seconds times 10000 views that other people will waste deciphering a post that was incorrectly written? Hard to say why there are still so many of them. Maybe because they can't be bothered to respond to polite corrections, nor to mocking, which is a natural response for people frustrated by the rudeness of those who write incorrectly in utter disregard of everyone else's time. Then when errors are corrected by other readers, some of those a$$holes even respond by accusing the person giving the correction of being rude, instead of apologizing for their own error and editing their posts to correct them, making themselves appear even more rude and snobby.
This is New York, babe.
Don't look for warm and friendly, but, as Fred Ebb famously wrote:
"If I can make it there, I'll make it anywhere"**
Cause if you make it in New York, You'll have skin as thick as a pit viper.

If you want to be pedantic it's more a question of different word class rather than different semantic content.

I'm sorry the ass holes are having such an affect on you.
