Posted: 1/4/19 at 11:17amI received 2nd row seats to King Kong for Xmas, right orchestra aisle seats. However I am really short. If the person who gifted called, is it possible we could move further back as long as the seats are the same price?

Yeah just give them that little reason (not required but could help depending on the customer service person) and they’ll most likely make the change for you.

I've never had a problem exchanging with Telecharge as long as it's a reasonable request (like this is)... just a heads up that usually they have you buy the new tickets before refunding the first ones. I'd be sure to let them know these were a gift so that they ideally won't don't that.

They don't have to do this for you, but I've yet to have Telecharge not react graciously to such a request (unlike Ticketmaster). Just approach the interaction from the perspective that the representative will be providing a courtesy that is an exception to the rule, and don't be demanding/presumptuous. A little humility can go a long way.

Leave your musical theatre critic hat at home and go in expecting to enjoy an impressive Vegas-y spectacle, and it won't be a hot mess. :)
