Once a Sondheim staple, whatever happened to this wonderful performer? Let's bring him back to the stage! WHO'S WITH ME?

2. Passion (1994) ... Lt. Barri/Ricci
3. Into the Light (1986) ... Father Frank Girella
4. Sunday in the Park with George (1984) ... a Boatman/Charles Redmond, a visiting curator
5. Rockabye Hamlet (1976) ... Acolytes, Swordsmen, Nobles, Courtesans

Off-Broadway
1. Assassins (1990) ... Proprietor/Bystanders/James Garfield/Gerald Ford
2. The Knife (1987) ...

I saw him in "Gypsy" when he went on for John Dossett. I thought he was fantastic.

I saw him in TITANIC. I'm so sad his head died...

He has such a distinctive and unique voice; you know that it's him the minute you hear him growl out his first note.

He has one of the most unique and distinct voices I've personally heard.

I love his voice.
I was sad to see him listed as GRANDPA in GYPSY...
He deserves more than that.
AND WOW, the chemistry between Bernie and Mr, Parry should have been excellentm I'd imagine.
