Are these good seats? I saw school of rock and was in the other side and it was quite alright. Wondering the same.
Thanks in advance to all the responses
That’s very far right mezzanine. A lot of stuff for Beetlejuice, if I remember correctly, occurs toward stage left, and so the vantage might not be good
I feel like previous shows that have played the Winter Garden did a better job of using the wide width of the stage than Beetlejuice does. Mamma Mia!, Rocky, and School of Rock all used pretty much the entire width of the stage with their set designs which created good sightltnes, even for those far side seats. Beetlejuice has a narrower proscenium which makes those extreme sides not the greatest IMHO.
The mezzanine extreme sides are not great with Beetlejuice. In fact, during intermission, we were lucky to find two unoccupied seats in the center and move there instead.

I can't say for Beetlejuice, but I have seen shows from that area of the theatre a few times, and the seats are really bad. I did it once for Mame, just before Angela Lansbury was leaving, which is why I accepted them...those or nothing. Same with Follies early in the run. (I was also 20 years old and if you wanted cheapskates in the beginning of the run, that was where you sat). I love both performances, but had also seen both shows previously, so missing parts of the performance were frustrating, but I had good memories re what I was missing. In the case of Follies, Beautiful Girls would have been terrible for a first time viewer.
Since BJ is not hard to get tickets for, I would pass, unless (a) they are cheap and are all you can afford; or (b) you like looking at the other side of the theatre as much as looking at the stage. Really bad seats for an awfully of shows. Dance numbers are particularly distorted from those seats.

I took my family to see Beetlejuice last month.
We had two pairs in the front extreme side orchestra, directly behind each other.
Orch Left, row A, seats 9+11
Orch Left, row B, seats 9+11
They are considered partial view and were only $59.
Honestly, they were great seats and I felt a tremendous value compared to a seat or two over at double the price. We missed very little.

The mezzanine seats described are much further on the side than the seats you were in. They don't even face the stage directly. You need to watch the side with your head slightly turned for the entire performance; and, for shows I have seen in that section, you really domes a good part of the action. OI can't say this is the case for BJ, but it was for Follies and Mame.
