Xena warrior princess as Rizzo... and obviously one of the worst replacements in recent history has to be Henry Goodman as Max Bialystock. and I'd sill pay to see Whoopi as Maxinne Bialystock...

Molina isn't technically a replacement. He created the role in the current revival, thus he didn't replace anyone, anymore than Donna Murphy in WT or Bernadette in Gypsy or Banderas in Nine or Cummings in Cabaret were replacements in their revivals.

I liked Mandy Gonzales, and I definitely thought that out of everyone in the cast when I saw it, Toni Braxton was the weakest link, although it didn't ruin the show or anything. And she looked really pretty on stage, lol.

As much as I love him (and loved him much during my childhood years), Joey McIntyre as Fiyero. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, I tried to ignore the bad things some people had to say about his performance, but he was really....bland. I've never missed anybody for 2 and a half hours like I missed Norbert that day.
