Usually if you order it on PS Classics - they will ship it right away. I got my GREY GARDENS CD last year only after 3 days...

But I cant wait for that. I might just go to the Helen Hayes in person to pick up my own copy...I just have to find my old CD portable player bec. I wanted to listen to it right away.... All my recording are in MP3 files now... I hope I find my CD player ..LOL !

I've been checking psclassics.com every couple days to see if there's any new pre-order info. I'm guessing it'll be available to order around the 11th as others have said. Just over two weeks away!

Haha, Jay I've done the same thing many times with cast albums that are released early at the theatres. Every couple months I dig out my old walkman and check the batteries so when I pick up the CD I can listen to it immediately!

Can someone here DO ME A HUGE FAVOR- pls pick me the CD when it comes out on DEC. 6 at the theater? I will go to NYC every weekend now starting this Saturday.
To catch up with the shows.. I can give you my $20.00 this weekend and I can meet you again on Dec. 8 weekend. I NEED my XANADU CD ! I cannot wait for Dec. 11 !!!!

Anyone ? pls pm me.. I would realy appreciate it ...

Darn. I'm heading to NY on the 8th and was hoping it would be out then. Darn. =(

I guess I'll just wait.

Is it out at Colony early? I know sometimes they have it early. Or is the 11th the earliest release?

I thought.. It will be out on Dec. 8 at the Helen Hayes Theater ??? Can someone pls verify this.. Linder .. help me out ??

12/8- available at the theater
12/11- available at PS classics website

The 11th is the earliest. Since we supply to everywhere else, we'll have it before everyone else.

About how much will it be becuase some OBCRs are cheaper that way. (i.e. Legally Blonde - $9.99, etc,)

I haven't been up-to-date with my Xanadu facts. Why hasn't James Carpinello returned? I know he had an injury, but surely he must be better now. Did he decide not to return because of the response Cheyenne has gotten with audiences?

Well, apparently the 'people in charge' opted not to bring James back. Yeah, it's a bitter pill for him adn his fans, but I think Cheyenne is doing a masterful job!

James Carpinello, who was injured during a rehearsal while the new musical Xanadu was in previews, will not return to that production at the Helen Hayes Theatre.

Cheyenne Jackson, who temporarily assumed the role of Sonny after Carpinello's injury, will continue in the role permanently, according to a statement from the show's producer, Robert Ahrens.
