My first theater experience was the Paper Bag Players. I did not want to leave. My parents said I was in awe and started singing around the house from then on. Till this day I still remember "What came first, the chicken or the egg" I was 2 years old. I want to thank my Father for exposing me to the theater when I was a baby. My Dad used to sing to me. He had an incredible voice and loved musical theater. Opera was one of his passions. Forbidden Broadway was another.

The first show I saw was The Pajama Game in 1975 at Miller Outdoor Theatre in Houston. I absolutely believed it was magic. I never forgot Hernando's Hideaway and the Finale. I wanted to see it over and over again.
