I'm sorry, but the guy who has the opening night of "Funny Face" from 1927 wins.
Mine is humble by comparison: the original "Assassins" at Playwrights Horizons. I stood in line in the freezing cold for hours to get on the waiting list, and I was the second to last person to get in. Sondheim was in the audience.
I looked for an extra one or two playbills on the way out--there were NONE. Not one person had thrown their program under their seat!
- 'The Boy From Oz' signed by Hugh Jackman (2h wait at the stagedoor) - 'YAGM, Charlie Brown' signed by Roger Bart (with the Snoopy paw) - 'In The Heights' signed by OBC
I also collect different Playbills of The Producers: Lane & Broderick, just the logo, Oscar & Weber, Alexanders & Short, Oscar & Bart...

FRIENDSHIP IS LIKE PEEING ON YOURSELF, EVERYONE CAN IT BUT ONLY YOU HAVE THAT WARM FUZZY FEELING
i don't to to see them often, so all of mine are treasures:
Spamalot-OBC-Tony day so nobody came out to sign except Steve Rosen and Darlene Wilson
The Producers-near the end of the run when it was Bart and Danza...the only signatures I got were Angie Shworer and Gary Beach (he was across the street in Les Mis at the time but ever so gracious signed my Producers Playbill with a laugh...he was very nice)
Les Mis-Revival-Signed by the principles (Gemignani, Lewis, Lazar, Rubin-Vega, Jacobs, Keenan-Bolger, and so on...)
Curtains-OBC-between that and an index card I think I have everyone's signature except Ernie Sabella
November-OBC-signed by the entire cast (only 5 people)
Equus-Revival-signed by Radcliffe and Griffiths (yes at the stage door the night I went...)
Dancers Life signed by Chita Rivera Spring Awakening signed by entire OBC minus Lea Michele Lestat signed by whole cast
and not a playbill but of all my things I have signed id say my Cd insert for Gypsy signed by all the principals in the show.
<------ Me and my friends with patti Lupone at my friends afterparty for her concert with audra mcdonald during the summer of 2007.
"I am sorry but it is an unjust world and virtue is only triumphant in theatricle performances" The Mikado
- Program from the gala performance fundraiser of Miss Saigon the night before the world premier opening night with Princess Diana in attendance. - Closing day Pirate Queen playbill signed by Boublil and Schonberg. - OBC Playbill from Miss Saigon signed by Jonathan Pryce - In The Heights souvenir program signed Lin Manuel and a majority of the cast - Curtains souvenir program signed by David Hyde Pierce
I used to collect playbills starting back from 1985 (my first show). Many of them were autographed...Bernadette Peters Song & Dance, Patti Lupone Sunset Blvd, Carol Channing Hello Dolly (revival) Chita Rivera Kiss of the Spider Woman, John Lithgow M Butterfly. Anyway...you get the point. I got tired of the box and gave it to a friend who I though would appreciate them. He ended up throwing them away.
my [title of show] Playbill signed by all 5 of them. Not that it's "rare" or that it was a special performance or anything, it has a lot of sentimental value because I love that show.
