Keanu Reeves and Alex Winters were at the Tonys as presenters and plugged their fall production of ''Waiting for Godot'' on Broadway. They also were given front-row seats, which offered them a very up-close and personal view of the show. During Jonathan Groff's energetic segment from ''Just in Time,'' his Bobby Darin bio musical, the Tony winner leapt off the stage and climbed onto Reeves' armrests, standing over him, still belting ''That's All.'' I wonder who came up with that bit, and was Reeves in on it? The video has gone viral, racking up over 135,000 views in fewer than 24 hours so far. It was only a little later that I remembered that Reeves and Groff know one another, having co-starred as Neo and the villainous Smith, in ''The Matrix Resurrections'' (2021).

135k views are by no means "viral" in this day and age.
They’re both Matrix alum and this feels like a Matrix moment.

It was planned. There was a couple of clips of Groff during rehearsals for the show in Instagram - it showed him jumping up on that particular seat. At least he planned it - Keanu may have not been in on it - but Groff knew he would be a good sport about it.
