Avid fan who sits on the sidelines pinching herself because she doesn't have such incredible talents . Taking this into account, however, I have settled for the possibility of writing a WICKED someday !
A hobby actor. I consider myself very good for high school, not much more. I don't want to major in theatre but definitely stay involved in it. It's something I need in my life, but don't want as a career. I wanna write and do community theatre at nite! Definitely a big, big, big fan too.
Edit: Oh, and I can't sing or dance for my life. I do musical theatre because it's SOME form of theatre, definitely an actress who sings, not a singer. I concentrate on the musical part of musical theatre.
Rosencrantz: "Be happy - if you're not even HAPPY what's so good about surviving? We'll be all right. I suppose we just go on."

I'm an actor. Have yet to be on Broadway, but that's because I still live in Connecticut. But I do regional and professional theater here. Not looking to become famous; just looking to be able to support myself by acting, i.e. pay the bills and live a comfortable lifestyle.
Big fan. I act, sing, dance in a safe, highschool environment. Future plans include seeing as many Broadway shows as possible before I die. And majoring in buisness in college.
If you limit your choices to what seems possible or reasonable, you disconnect yourself from what you truly want, and all that is left is a compromise."- Robert Fritz
Huge fan-----I "did" community theater for about 10 years--but leave broadway to the pros. :) I have a daytime job that pays the bills. (dentistry---hmmm---not really close to theater)
I'm an actor, and hope to major in musical theatre (at Tisch **crosses fingers**)
Also, I don't there's such thing as "wanna be actors." Actors are born. Hunter Foster was still an actor before he was in a broadway show. Hell, the girl that played Sheep #3 in the Xmas Pagent is still an actor. You either are your aren't. Actors are born not made. Whether or not you are professionally trained, starring in a broadway show, or just in the chorus of your school play, you still an actor. Even if you've never acted before, but you know its what you want to do, you're still an actor... That's just my 2 cents!
leefowler...what shows on broadway did you arrange? Thats pretty cool.
Personally, I'm basically just a fan. I love to sing, and I'm good at it, but good in a choir way, not a stage way. I don't think much of my acting or dancing skills either. My dream job is to be an agent though, so I guess thats the closest that I'll get to being on Broadway.
in community theater circles i'm a; actor singer dancer(something i recently noticed) choreographer (see above) scenic designer director costume/make-up designer and on occasion i do lighting design, i guess i'm what you'd call a theatrical jack of all trades
"Grease," the fourth revival of the season, is the worst show in the history of theater and represents an unparalleled assault on Western civilization and its values. - Michael Reidel
David walked into the valley
With a stone clutched in his hand
He was only a boy
But he knew someone must take a stand
There will always be a valley
Always mountains one must scale
There will always be perilous waters
Which someone must sail

look out for me on the broadway stage..

Suit on up and come brace my sword
You look back when the pieces are missing
Hollowed out hope that no time can restore."
