Bryan needs to have a nice long conversation with Brian Drutman from Decca Broadway one of these days. He'd set Brian straight about the cost of cast recordings and the limited market for them.
Look Bryan, it is absolutely, positively UNFEASIBLE to expect every single musical to be made into a cast recording! If that were to happen record companies would go bankrupt with the large catalouge of unsellable records and CDs. How many people besides us theatre fans would want a cast recording of CARNIVAL IN FLANDERS? Or PORTOFINO? Or VIA GALACTICA? Not bloody many!
Why not try e-mailing or writing the record companies about making more cast CDs and STOP BUGGING US?! We can't do anything!
Besides, if it weren't for your constant posts I would have LONG forgotten about GOOD VIBRATIONS by now!
Praying Decca Broadway will put "Don't Bother Me, I Can't Cope" on CD!
