I haven't seen it, but I've heard that the ending is deeply disturbing. Anyone willing to share what it is?

The concept of the ending isnt disturbing.

But the execution of it had a major flaw which spoiled the whole thing IMHO.

No, it's actually Really-Fairview. Jackie Sibblies Drury wrote her play "Really" prior to "Fairview." Common mistake.

All I have to say is:

Where you are in the theatre makes a BIG difference as to how you respond.  Especially to the final coup!!!  Be warned!!!  Stay in front!!!
