Done!

I live close to the theatre, so I'll be online for a while yet.

re: movie date tomorrow

It was great fun. Nice to meet all of you. Very sad too to see Rent one last time in theaters. Aside from some wacky people coming in late and laughing during Angel's funeral, it was a great showing and the theater was quite full.

re: movie date tomorrow

Heyy I had so much fun tonight! Can't believe I was running so late, but at least I got to hang out with you guys after =) I love how when I posted about getting together to see the movie, it was shot down, but all it took was Fredi and Emcee to make people come =P hehe figures!!

I totally missed the rude people laughing (i was too busy crying myself) if i had heard that I would have gone nuts...

re: movie date tomorrow

Yeah, and I'm the one who gets pissed if someone coughs during a show so god I was mad at those ppl

But the really enthusiastic fans were amusing.

Aww poor Liotte, got stuck w/ DRS :-P How many times? I'm seeing it 3 times in Jan, so I should be keeping my lead in the one bway show I've seen more than you re: movie date tomorrow

re: movie date tomorrow

Being obsessed with DRS is a good thing. I am going again either tomorrow or Friday. Then 3 times in Jan. I am a dedicated fan, not obssessed. If you see me dressed like Freddy Benson, then yes I am obsessed and you can beat me with rubber mallets. Sound fair?

re: movie date tomorrow

Well actually Liir..

I well took half of a writing class on fanatics. For it we had to watch Trekkies, a film about...well Trekkies. They showed those who go to the conventions and dress up like the characters. And yes it's not quite mainstream, but they don't deserve to be hit for it. I mean society considers it quite different but when you take out society's bias to it how is dressing up like a character THAT different from wearing a jersey of your fav sports athlete?

I myself have never dressed up as a character...well except for Halloweenie, but I don't scorn those who do. As long as their obsession isn't interfering w/ their functioning in society, I don't see anything wrong w/ it.
