In Spelling Bee, it's Barfee and Olive and Chip's feelings for Marigold can't be considered romantic, but whatever.

Jersey Boys has Mary and Frankie, although it doesn't last long.
There's also Panch's crush on Rona, but that's usually portrayed as pretty creepy.
