quick question about hirschfeld stage#1

is the stage high? i just snagged a front row ticket to hair this sunday. is the stage high like the palace or the st. james? or did i just get lucky?

well i'm about 6'3 will it be that bad that i wont see much? i didn't see the production in the park last summer so i know nothing about it.

I see front row seats popping up for me and wondered what other's experiences have been. I believe in another post that someone thought they should be considered "partial view" due to the high stage.

the view from the front row is great for this show...the stage isnt high at all and you get alot of cast interaction...its really fun. if you can grab yourself a front row ticket.......before i do lol.

Can't be too bad , their premium seats are located in row B.

I was in Row A for ATOTC, was fine. The stage is high but you don't miss that much unless its right up ahight.

Since the first row has been taken out, the new first row of seats has been pushed back. From what I saw the first row is great.

One of thte other Hair threads had folks loving the front row.

I hope so as I'll be there in a few weeks.

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

I sat in front row (A113) last Sunday, and it was definitely the best seat in the house. I had sat in the front row for ATOTC, and it definitely seem high for that, but it didn't cause any problems for Hair, especially since the cast tends to be sitting on the edge of the stage, walking across the front row, etc. throughout the show.
