The only one I can think of is Aaron Tveit, whom I saw as Steve in RENT (on tour) and as Link in Hairspray (also on tour, but he's on Broadway now). I'm sure there are some ensemble members, too. Actually, one I can think of is Dylis Croman, whom I saw in the ensemble of Sweet Charity and as Brenda in Movin' Out (she was outstanding in Movin' Out)

Oh, here are the two most memorable performers I've seen more than once in LA. There would be too many to mention all that I've seen once, twice or three times in LA:

I think there may be a lot. I'd have to think about it some more (when I get my brain back); but a couple that come immediately to mind:

pretty much everyone else is a one shot
"Grease," the fourth revival of the season, is the worst show in the history of theater and represents an unparalleled assault on Western civilization and its values. - Michael Reidel
If I tried to do a list of performers I have seen twice (or even three times), it would have well over 100 names, so the following is a list of performers I have seen at least 5 times (and I know I've forgotten a few):

"The Devil Be Hittin' Me" -- Whitney
Patrick Wilson: Barefoot in the Park, Oklahoma, The Full Monty, Fascinatin' Rhythm and even his first, the Off Broadway Bright Lights, Big City (which seems to be having a continued life since he did the cast album well after the fact). I just got lucky; I caught them all.
Michael Berresse: very memorable performances in both Kiss Me, Kate and The Light in the Piazza. So alive in his role that he gives a different performance every night. Pure talent and confidence. Fascinating to watch and such a stunning dancer's body.
