"In Buddy's Eyes" from FOLLIES, a fantasy life sung by a devistated, delusional woman trying to convice herself that she hasn't wasted her life. Heartbreaking.

JoMarch - yes... I forgot how powerful "Dear One" from Spiderwoman is. Kander and Ebb are great at "lieing to yourself to mask the true pain" songs. "Dear One" especially so.

"Little Fall of Rain" and "Om My Own"-Les Miz
"For Good"-Wicked
"I'll Cover You (Reprise)" and "Your Eyes"-Rent
And this one's not from a musical, but that Martina McBride song (sorry YankeesFan, I saw your post, and it reminded me of this), "In My Daughter's Eyes". My mom and I always cry when listening to this.

"Bring Him Home" from Les Mis
That song succeeds in choking me up everytime i listen to it, and produces serious weeping with every performance i've seen. It just is such a heartfelt prayer of goodness, i can't help but let it touch my soul.
I also cry every so often when i hear "For Good", just because it is a reflection of that one friendship that touches you more than anythin else.
