There are a couple of very demanding dance-oriented revues that I don't think are available for license such as JEROME ROBBINS' BROADWAY and FOSSE, as well as, I think DANCIN' and CONTACT (though I'm not 100% sure of the last two).
In the case of the Robbins show, it took a series of very special and limited licensing agreements and concessions from the unions in order for the show to happen at all -- and that only happened because a legend like Robbins was personally overseeing it -- and as a result it can't ever be staged again (and the video of the production can't ever be released commercially). That show and the others also are difficult that they require the cream of the crop of Broadway dancers which makes it all, but impossible for amateurs to do justice to them, so, to my knowledge, they're not licensed.

Taboo ran for ages in the UK before it went it got ripped apart by american producers on Broadway.
And Carrie started Life in the UK as it played in Stratford Upon Avon for 3 weeks(its try-out) before it went to Broadway.

I knew that FOSSE and CONTACT toured, but I interpreted the question to be asking what shows have never had regional or amateur productions. Both those tours were cast with Broadway talent out of New York (including a lot of dancers from the Broadway production) so they were basically the exact same production that played on Broadway which is why I included them. And I don't anything about a "legal" college production of CONTACT (though I suppose it's possible).
JEROME ROBBINS BROADWAY was a greatest hits collection of some of the biggest showstoppers from some of the biggest shows in Broadway history -- WEST SIDE STORY, FIDDLER ON THE ROOF, GYPSY, FORUM, PETER PAN, KING & I et al -- all of which were originally staged by Robbins. The rights holders of all of those shows (composers, book writers, etc...) allowed their work to be used for this special event on the condition that it was a "one time only" kind of thing, personally supervised by Robbins himself and with the cream of the crop of Broadway talent. These authors (or their estates) make a substantial income licensing those individual shows to professional and amateur groups around the country and as such, don't want the best moments of those shows being part of some compilation readily available to those same groups for fear -- among other things -- it might result in those individual shows not being licensed as often. For the same reason, the video of the show is not commercially available (why buy videos of the film versions of each of the shows when you can get all the best parts of each on one package?).
And that's just part of the reason JEROME ROBBINS BROADWAY will never be commercially available for license, either for live presentation or on video (it's also in part due to the exceedingly complicated nature of the royaty pool involved and some other legal considerations).

Yea I always wondered about Magic Show & Merlin being licensed?
Also I checked idbd and Doug didn’t have a standby so did he ever miss a show and was it cancelled if so?
