So guys, what do you think the perfect soprano song is.....?


'think of me' from phantom is good.

'glitter and be gay' is awesome, though extremely hard to pull off

any other ideas?

"Glitter and Be Gay" is the first one that popped to my mind when I read the title.

It may not be that high, but I love singing "The Light in the Piazza". "Green Finch" also popped into my head, as well as some of Eliza Doolitles' stuff.

"Come To My Garden" is one of my all time favorites, although it's a bit different than "Ice Cream" or "Glitter and Be Gay".

I also second "One More Kiss". oh! and "I Wish It So" is another gorgeous song.

I'm working on Think Of Me right now, its mosdef up there, and I just finished doing Green Finch for a project at school. Both challenging, and beautiful when pulled off!

"One More Kiss" is fantastic because it sits in a great place for my voice.

But I would say that the ultimate soprano song is "Glitter and be Gay."
