re: [title of show] goes to the Tony After-Parties.

This makes me want to see [title of show]! I have no doubt it'll be successful as hell and maybe I'll get to see it next year because I was just in New York for Gypsy and Young Frankenstein. Maybe I'll go back in the winter for Shrek and [tos]!

HILARIOUS video!! The only thing that would have made the video better would be an interview with Cheyenne and then Mindy pops up...."Get outta here Cheyenne Jackson!"

Thoughts:
Did the person who designed the interior of the place where Passing Strange had their party design the floor of Spring Awakening?

Well said, Kelli O'Hara. Well said.

Very fun video!

re: [title of show] goes to the Tony After-Parties.

Oh man, watching this reminds me of how badly I hope they get nominated for tons of Tony's next year and even snag a couple of awards.

Then again, my beloved Billy Elliot opens this season as well. Next year's Tony's are going to be the hardest thing for me to watch.

LOVE LOVE LOVE seeing them hosting all these Broadway events.

I love them! This video is brilliant!!
"You have two kinds of shows on Broadway – revivals and the same kind of musicals over and over again, all spectacles. You get your tickets for The Lion King a year in advance, and essentially a family... pass on to their children the idea that that's what the theater is – a spectacular musical you see once a year, a stage version of a movie. It has nothing to do with theater at all. It has to do with seeing what is familiar.... I don't think the theatre will die per se, but it's never going to be what it was.... It's a tourist attraction." Stephen Sondheim

Robin De Jesus was so cute in his segment.

And, yes, Bradley Whitford was very funny.

"My favorite was the deadpan Bradley Whitford...

[tos] people: You should come see our show!
Bradley Whitford: I don't think I will."

I went to see Boeing, Boeing tonight and when Bradley Whitford came out I told him I loved his post-tony interview with the [tos] cast. He laughed and then I said "You ARE going to see [tos] right?" He laughed again and said in a very sincere voice "I really do want to see that show...looks great!" Such an awesome guy.

re: [title of show] goes to the Tony After-Parties.

Loved this video, especially when they got totally denied by Patti. Hey, the Lupone has stuff to do.

I kept waiting for the "get out of here Cheyenne Jackson!", but alas, it did not come.

Can't wait to see [TOS] July 5th!!!
