"Mama Mia is a mixed bag ... some people love it, some people hate it. I enjoyed MM, but am also a huge ABBA fan. If your mom likes ABBA music, she would probably have a great time at MM, but if she doesn't like their music, don't waste your time."
CAREFUL HERE!!! I love ABBA music and I despised Mamma Mia! I thought they butchered the songs and the acting was atrocious. One of my least favorite shows ever.

I think Mamma Mia and Les Mis are wonderful choices !

Hairspray- a fun night at the theatre. Has great music and great story. On Tkts
Apple Tree- Amazing revival. Performances are in tip-top shape and worth every penny. It is on Tkts. Will this be closed when your going? If not go see 110 in the shase
Mary Poppins- I thought it was amazing. Not boring and very fun.
Gavin Lee is amazing in his role as is Ashley Brown
