Okay people. Some are saying comments about actors and others take it as a sign that they don't want that actor on broadway when that's not what they meant at all. So now we'r going to have it out once and for all. Who do you think should NOT be on broadway. Try to not make any side comments just list them. They can be anyone you've seen on broadway. but to narrow it down. Let's make the cut off at the year of 2000. For me it is:
Adam Wylie-Jack Into the Woods revival
Ugh. Yet another thread that really isn't needed. I think anyone who is on Broadway is there for some talent they possess. I've yet to witness anyone that didn't belong on Broadway. That's my opinion.
Well we're not really having it out once and for all if you're making the cut-off date 2000, are we?
fine make it ANYONE, AYTIME. and by the way. some people r in a show even if they r bad. Such was the case in CARRIE. it had some pretty horrible peolple.
Did you see "Carrie"? Which performance did you see?

Like who in Carrie?
Who were the two guys who played Tommy and Billy? Ugh. I saw the preview of Carrie. Also you can mention choreographers, directors, composers, designers etc. who u think r doing a terrible job. Since i added that im also going to say the ENTIRE production team of CARRIE.

Kathy Lee Gifford
I'll think of more
thank you musicalcomedy. UR actually answering my post.
What is the point of this? Just to be rude?
That's what I'm feeling it is, mamamia sammy.
no, if i sounded rude im very sorry. seriously i am. I would just like to have a post where no one would make side notes about their posts which would lead other people to a totally different topic. And I just don't want that. So let's start a new. You can post who you think shouldn't be on broadway (come on, there's got to be someone) PLEASE no side remarks. It can be anyone you've seen perform or a production team (choreographer, director, sets etc.)
also this post is just opinionated. it's just what people think and want to say. I think we shoul,d have a post where no one makes them feel bad about what they have posted.
The point we're making is that this is a bad thread to begin with...
Who are you to say who should or shouldn't be on Broadway? You really don't know how hard those people have worked.
okay, sorry. then no one has to post.
I'd like to start a poll about which Broadwayworld.com member starts the most negative posts. No other comments please. Just list whoever you think starts the most negative posts.
I vote for wickedfan.
thank you. as do i

WELL... I'm someone that pays $100 a seat to see them. I certainly do have a right to an opinion on whether or not my money was spent well. This is a business where people are critizied all the time. Performers' skin should be a little thicker then to be hurt by a post on this board.
To futher add to my list...
Rachael Welch (Victor Victoria)
Susan Lucci
Farrah Faucett
Parker Posie
You actually paid $100 to see Raquel Welch in 'Victor/Victoria'?!?!
You actually paid $100 to see Farrah Fawcett in "Bobbi Boland"?!?!
You actually paid $100 to see Susan Lucci in "Annie Get Your Gun"?!?!
Poor thing. You certainly are entitled to your opinion then.
Well, MusicalComedyMan, I wonder if your skin will be so thick when I mention just how many things you have spelled incorrectly in your two posts here?
At least 6.
Those damn glass houses!!

I guess spelling of the people you dislike doesn't count..

They do to add a spell check feature here. My spelling is aweful and you may talk about it as much as you want to.
Not to mention that the top price for all of those shows was less than $100.
You were ripped off, man!
what was bobbi boland about?
