I agree totally with the hard candy. Why doesn't anyone think to unwrap it BEFORE the show starts or intermission. Everyone has had a little tickle in their throat and a piece of candy can avoid having a coughing fit.

re: Cheapest way to get to New York City from Philadelphia? Aug 28

I live in Philadelphia too, and head up to NYC at least once a month. Cheapest way is New Jersey Transit through Trenton. On weekends and off-peak it's $19.50 for the roundtrip. NJT runs on the Amtrak tracks and offers local and express trains. Trip can take anywhere from 1.5 hrs to 2.0 hrs. Dumps you at Penn Station Septa's R-7 connects through to Trenton and is times with New Jersey Transit. Verrry easy!

re: 'See What I Wanna See' at the Public-- WHAT DATE DO TICKETS GO ON SALE? Aug 28
2005, 09:36:54 AM
Just curious folks ... how many shows a week will they do? I'm guessing that it will not follow the traditional broadway schedule of 8 performances a week. Will they just be on certain evenings and the weekends?? Also, due to previous suggestions on this board, I also became a "Member", 3 shows for $135, but you get first dibs at the tickets before going on sale to the public. Thanks in advance.

re: Piazza on A&E's Breakfast with the Arts Aug 21
2005, 11:45:49 AM
Quick Question ... I watched the A&E show this morning .. during the interview Kelli O'Hara mentioned that she was not the first Clara and that Vicki had already developed a relationship with a previous daughter. I'm a recent Piazza fan (saw it a few weeks ago, before Matt M. leaves)and was wondering who the original Clara was, how long she was in it for, and why she left. Thanks so much!
