First, just a note that we love all the feedback and suggestions which have been shared with the team for future rounds. Ultimately, the team had to have criteria to create a grouping of 64 shows to keep things at a reasonable length and our methodology seemed most objective.

With that said, we've been told we can can confirm future brackets, polls, and features are in the works based on all the feedback provided (both here, and on social media.)

Hi All, just chiming in here to share that if you see anything that is definitely a bug (like overlapping text), that is definitely not the intended function. Our developers do tests on tons of different device types, but of course it's not possible to test every single possible real-world scenario.

The best way to help our developer team solve those is to open a support ticket on this page under 'General Inquiry' - along with the URL of the page you saw the error and a clear description and details like your device type, OS, and browser. (I also suggest saving a screenshot, that is certainly something they will ask for, or send one directly to moderator@broadwayworld.com, we'll pass it along.)

We appreciate all the feedback, and thanks those of you who already have sent in bug reports which we've been told have already resulted in a few dozen bug fixes (and I'm told the next batch is rolling out soon.)

We are sharing the below statement on behalf of the production as it appears some misinformation has been posted here:

A rep from the production has confirmed that tickets purchased via Telecharge have not been canceled; all tickets purchased from official sources are valid and the first preview is not canceled. It is,  however, currently sold out.

We believe that both the pagination bug and the editor bug are resolved, along with any issues with PMs.

Just wanted to post an update that the feedback has been shared with the development team who are looking into the issues you've reported. We don't have a timeline for a fix just yet but rest assured, they are looking into it.

Hi Melissa25 - just wanted to let you know that is not the expected user experience. We have flagged to our ad partners and the team is actively working on it. We appreciate the heads up.
