We purchased tickets to see the first preview to BTTF on 6/30, but received an e-mail today stating it was cancelled. Can anyone else confirm? The date is still listed everywhere, but 6/30 is no longer on sale through Telecharge.

If Telecharge informed you (and they no longer have that performance on sale), isn't that confirmation enough for you? Why would they lie?

Huh, I also have a ticket to the first preview through telecharge but didn’t get any email about it being cancelled yet. I do see it’s not listed on there anymore but all other websites seem to still be listing June 30th. Hope it’s not true.
Did your email say the show was canceled or just your order? Because I’ve had my seats switched/canceled due to either the production needing to use that space in previews or some sort of technical aspect of the show now makes those seats unusable.
Telecharge no longer has a June 30th listing for the show
What could this mean exactly?
Odd that 3 months out they’re canceling one single performance. Could be a scheduling issue with a cast member?
It couldn't be Roger, as he just left the London production last night, right?
I think the performance is just sold out....it has been since November.

The op stated he bought tickets at an earlier date and they were canceled. So, them selling out after he bought his tickets and then the production canceling them makes no sense.

Could mean they scheduled things out and need another day for tech. Could be availability for creative team during tech & dress rehearsals. Could be them wanting another day of buffer because this is a massive production. I wouldn't read into it - this stuff happens.

We are sharing the below statement on behalf of the production as it appears some misinformation has been posted here:
A rep from the production has confirmed that tickets purchased via Telecharge have not been canceled; all tickets purchased from official sources are valid and the first preview is not canceled. It is, however, currently sold out.
