Ok I'll just say it.
I wish with all of my heart that The History Boys would come back to Broadway with the original cast. It's just that that show touched me so profoundly at quite a young age that everytime I attend the theatre, if I don't get that feeling, I just can't appreciate the show. It sounds bad and overly judgemental on my part, but so far I've seen no show that holds a candle to what I was faced with after The History Boys. But shouldn't that be

Uh..not what I consider racism.
If there is ever a good role calling for someone of an African-American ethnicity..I always shout out for Audra.
It's because she's African-American.
The role calls for a latino....
Granted, that's not the SOLE reason for why someone is cast. But it can matter.
