broadway trip

And depending what week you go, Rocky Horror has different performance times.  When I'm there in May, they have a 10pm performance on a Wednesday which means I was able to see a 2pm, a 7pm and this 10pm performance all on the same day.  They have other weird times like 4pm Sundays and 3pm Thursdays and other times but performance times vary week by week.  I find the Roundabout box office people are really helpful.  So if you can fit in Rocky Horror on another day becau

If you go to Every Brilliant Thing at 5pm instead of 8:30pm, you could still see Becky Shaw at 7pm. Every Brilliant Thing is only 85 minutes.  You could ask where you bought your Every Brilliant Thing ticket to see if they could swap your ticket to 5pm.  Anyway, just a thought if you really did want to see Becky Shaw which I hear is brilliant. :)

TITANÍQUE Previews

So happy to read your enthusiastic experience, Jordan.  I saw it off-Broadway at the Daryl Roth Theatre and then saw it over 10 times when it was in Sydney, Australia.  Like you, I could watch the show again and again and never got tired of it.  That show brought so much joy to me during that turbulent time in my life.  I don't understand the constant negativity against this show, the casting, everything.  I think the cast looks great.  I didn't

BROADWAY DISCOUNTS
 Mar 14 2026, 05:49:47 PM

I just used the code SAVE25 for Death Becomes Her and was able to get tickets 25% off.  Tickets were originally $152 but went down to $125.40, so it was an excellent discount.  I got Row B front mezz. I believe you need to pick for performances 4 weeks away and later.  Since I'm going in May, it worked for me.  Hope that helps someone. :)

TodayTix app has a sale currently for Titanique.  I was able to get a third row mezz aisle seat for $99 yesterday for a performance mid May.  Lots of good seats for $118, $99, $90.  Also several in the back mezz for $63 and $60.  Check it out.  Balcony isn't for sale.

Rocky Horror Show Revival Cast

I bought a ticket to see Rocky Horror the minute they opened ticket sales back in October and I was shocked to get a really cheap ticket in the second row side orchestra.  After buying, I decided to take a screenshot of all the seats for sale and highlighting the corresponding seat on the other side (which was not sold) to show the corresponding seat's price and that it said "Full price", not a discounted seat, and it was the same cheap price I paid.  I couldn'

Who's still out there from 2003?

ChrisLovesShows, it's so hot in Sydney, I could do with a Fresca right now. :)

It's great seeing some of the gang from 22 years ago.

Gosh, I've been here since 2003 too.  I don't know how I got that profile pic, though, as I never chose it.  It somehow changed at one point.  I hope everyone is well and I'm still in Sydney, Australia. :)

A couple of free tickets - London
 Dec 1 2023, 04:40:10 AM

Hi there. For anyone in London, I have a ticket to The Enfield Haunting (with Catherine Tate) for Saturday Dec 2 at 2:30pm and one ticket for Pacific Overtures for Saturday Dec 2 at 7:30pm that I want to give away for free as I can’t go. I should be able to email the tickets if anyone is interested. Please note that the ticket for Enfield Haunting is in an area with not much leg room, in case you’re tall. I’d rather give away the tickets than for them to be not used. I ended

Question about 'Six the Musical'
 Mar 17 2022, 12:02:30 AM

So I'm taking a friend to see 'Six the Musical'.  She doesn't know a single thing about the show.  Do you think she will easily pick up that it's about Henry VIII's wives or do you think it might be helpful if I told her just that bit of information so she knows right from the start?  When I first saw the show two years ago, I kinda knew that info and I think that helped me.  Not sure if it's obvious right from the start.  I don't want

Lea Salonga PBS

Mat Verevis was a former contestant on 'The Voice' in Australia and now does musical theatre in Australia.  He played Barry Mann in the Australian production of 'Beautiful: The Carole King Musical'.  He was Lea's male back-up singer on this tour and he sang 'A Whole New World' with Lea on the Saturday matinee show, which is the one featured on the live album.  The guy from the PBS recording is the one Lea picked from the audience on Friday night

The Music Man should do the right thing and postpone/cancel the run now
 Jun 20 2020, 07:34:13 PM

@mikem, I did say due to the coronavirus, I wasn’t able to attend. I sent separate emails for ‘Music Man’ and ‘Company’. Telecharge emailed back about ‘Company’ on the same day with a refund, no questions asked. ‘The Music Man’ took a couple of days because I had given them the wrong order number (I bought my ticket the minute they went on sale when they were only showing limited available seats, but when they released better seats for the

The inherent racism of Asian theatre companies?

In Australia, we regularly have Australian Aboriginals, New Zealander Maoris or even Indians playing African-American roles. Would that be considered problematic?

Yay! I got my Music Man refund today.  Like everyone said, it was nice and easy.  Telecharge didn't ask questions and just refunded the money.  Thanks to everyone who posted above about their refund experiences.  I'm glad I don't have to worry about that anymore.

I emailed Ticketek with two separate emails yesterday asking for refunds for The Music Man and also Company - the two shows I had bought tickets for so far. I just got an email that they have refunded my Company ticket. So just waiting for The Music Man refund to be approved now.
