Trump Takeover of the country

Jun 20, 2026 — 9:07:47 PM

Wouldn’t shock me if “Trump” is still on the facade, hence the tarp remaining up. Man, Washington DC is trashed right now. The White House is a disaster. The reflecting pool is a mess. The Kennedy Center is covered with a tarp. Multiple government buildings have massive banners with that greasy orange face staring down. Truly, everything he touches turns to crap.

Oh, enough with this nonsense. Peel off those disgusting letters (did they use double-sided tape?) and let’s move on. They used a cherry picker the first time, why scaffolding now? As I’ve said before, that slob’s name was added in record time. It can be removed at the same speed.

Thanks.

Where Did Las Vegas Go Wron

Jun 9, 2026 — 2:01:22 PM

Where did Vegas go wrong? I’ll go back further. It’s when they started catering to families and attempted to transform into another Disneyland. I was done after seeing strollers in the casinos. It went from being a cool adult playground to a kiddie playground. No thanks.

The 79th Annual Tony Awards Telecast!

A few thoughts:- Pink was a fine host and would do great in a musical. Assume that’s in her future.- Why did so many winners read from prepared notes? Put down the paper and speak from the heart.- On a related note, I expected Lithgow and Metcalf to deliver amazing acceptance speeches. Both were so flat and underwhelming. Think Lithgow might still be speaking.- On the flip side, Adrien Brody kept it tight to say the least- I thought Mindelle was singing that poorly on purpose. Like it was som...

It's not like tearing a poster off a telephone pole. You've got a cherry picker, trained staff, and more.I’m being half serious. ...

Trump Takeover of the country

The endless chaos is both embarrassing and exhausting. I no longer recognize this country. And yet 37% look at this continuing sh*t show and say, “Yup give me more of that.” ‘murica

I stand by my comments regarding sports bras and yoga tights as everyday outfits. But I took it a step too far by commenting on body types. I apologize.

For every one person with a medical condition, there are 1,000 slobs who think they’re at a Yankees game. Done commenting on this, because it’s a losing argument. People don’t care how they look. They don’t care if they impede someone’s theatre-going experience. That genie...

People are slobs. Yeah, yeah, I know. People want to be comfortable. People can wear what they want. It’s none of my business. Again, people are slobs.

Crazy. What is it about this particular show that is attracting so many clueless idiots? I was at Death of a Salesman recently. No issues. Giant. No issues. Fear of 13. No issues.

For those of you who have experience with kids, at what age would a child typically be able to sit quietly through a musical?"It ranges quite a bit depending on the kid and the show. I have seen as young as 4 or 5 do well at a kid friendly show (not on Broadway) but that wouldn't be true for all 4/5 year olds for sure.I think this is a way bigger problem at local theaters than Broadway or touring productions. DEATH OF A SALESMAN 2026 Reviews

Agree 100%. Saw this a week ago and still thinking about it. Not a weak link in the cast. A powerful production. I need to see it again before it closes. It was that good. Should be in line for multiple Tonys. Best revival. Best director. Best lighting. Metcalf for Featured Performer. And Lane for Best Actor. I’ve also seen Giant. Lithgow was fine, but Lane blew me away. He gets my vote.
