When I went to look for the segment on the dvr today, I saw that the Today Show had changed the listing lineup of who would be on. I took a photo of the listing last night. Wonder when we'll hear some official news!

Hi SteveSanders - I appreciate your message. Thank you. I didn't know if there was a production of Damn Yankees happening regionally where those three actors were going to be a part of or maybe if it is for the Broadway revival, so that is why I wanted to ask. People have been speculating about who may be in the Broadway revival cast, so when I saw something in the tv listings as publicized information, I was curious if anyone had more information before their interview tomorrow.

I was looking at the online tv listing for tomorrow, Wednesday, August 12, and for the 7am hour of the Today Show, this is what they have listed: Actors Neil Patrick Harris, Julianne Hough and Austin Scott ("Damn Yankees")Is this for the production we're talking about in this thread?

Has there been any official word on a cd release of the cast recording? Thanks!

Our lottery tickets were emailed day before the show. If you don't receive them, I think you can go to the box office with your lotto info. The ticket email has a place to click to view your ticket. Enjoy the show!

We won lotto and were in the front row on the side. I think 2nd row center would be a better angle to see the show, but for lotto seats, no complaining from us with the side seats! :) The stage is a bit high, but not too too high. You may miss a little when they're further back or a few things here or there, but I think being center close to the stage would be a lot of fun for this musical. Even though we were at a bit of an angle, it was fun to be close for this show.I don't know if you have...

Rockefeller Center is a great suggestion. There are many stores by the area of the skating rink area. There is also the NBC store on 6th, at the front of Rock Center. If they're interested in SNL or any of the NBC tv shows, it's fun to look around. Also Christies Gallery is right by Rockefeller and you can see what exhibit is there. Hi! A suggestion is to call the theater the show is playing at and they may have information. You can also try reaching out to the show on Facebook if they have a page for the touring company. I haven't seen the tour, so I don't have specific information, but hopefully one of these options will help. :)

I saw an interview on tv with Nancy and she said the playwright found letters his mom and her penpal had written to each other. He started reading them, but at some point thought it was too personal to continue reading them, but decided to write a play based on that idea of 2 friends writing to each other over the years.
