Yes, that's right -- Mythic is a Marcus Stevens show. It's been in development for years, with productions in Montreal and London under a different director, but rooting for them all. It's in fantastic shape now.

One new musical I'd love to see sneak in this spring is Mythic, directed by Kathleen Marshall, which just finished a sold-out run in Cincinnati and is in terrific shape. Word-of-mouth is also strong: I know multiple people who saw it twice in Cincinnati they loved it so much.

I'm not a lawyer, but my reading of this is that Ciara didn't have a contract to go to Broadway, so I struggle to see that she has much of a case here. 

But, also, there has to be more to this, right? I can't imagine a relatively known actress would risk career suicide by filing this suit against producers if she didn't think she had a case.

An admittedly random question, but I'm curious: If you had to pick the most-anticipated new musicals premiering in regional theaters this fall that are likely hoping for a Broadway run at some point, what would make your list?
