I feel like I'm getting way ahead of myself here, but would it be foolish to buy a ticket for after Maya's run in anticipation of the cast after her? Is it possible that it's known now?

I've been debating getting a subscription to something like MTC, or Roundabout, or MCC. Does anyone have any recommendations on which one you'd invest in?

They need to start throwing people out when they notice people filming. It shows zero respect for performers. I do not care that you can't afford to see the show- there is no excuse here. Enough is enough.

For anyone who checks, Beaches was taken down from TDF a few days ago. It's back on now for some dates this week through early May

It may dip and dive and be slow but theater is not going to die. There will always be things in the pipeline and people willing to pay, and when they're not, they drop some starry revival or show and it goes right back up again. It's not always going to be recoupments and higher than ever grosses. I can't see a world in which all Broadway theaters close because people don't see shows anymore. I just don't. 

Those who know these shows, is it worth subscribing? I can't decide.

I think when they start stunt casting, it is concerning. But it has had a healthy run if this is the final year 

Theater is not dying or dead. You can't expect every season to full of smash hits. How exactly do you expect to change the business model?
