Women on the Verge. Brilliant score. Brilliant lyrics (better than Band's visit). Terrible production. Bart Sher was the WRONG director for a farcical fast paced musical comedy.

To the folks saying Hadestown is next for the Kerr, have you actually heard this or just wishful thinking??I LOVE that show, but I don't see them turning it around for a spring opening to take the Kerr in the National run ends Jan 26. You're probably right...oh. wait.

That has to be some of the ugliest artwork I've ever seen. I don't understand why you would take something that went viral and change anything about it.....While I know it was more the music and some b roll that went viral and not necessarily the art itself, the art is still part of the whole. Why couldn't they have ENHANCED the original artwork. This (like most Joe Iconis work) looks like College Musical Theater. YIKES!*Also love how they justify the changes in the video...that was weird.

Hmmm have to disagree with most of whats been said here. While I liked the concept of the three Cher's and the way they SHARED each other's storylines and helped each other out, offering advice etc. I found the writing to be incredibly juvenile and what I like to call "bitch kitsch". And while the concept is very cool, it still was a pretty basic this happened and this happened and this happened. I also feel like the book was quite intimate for a big musical and in some cases that works, but ...

My friend is in Beautiful and they said they were maybe gonna cancel a first performance cause Beetlejuice wasn't going to be out in time for them to come in...Looks like Beetlejuice decided to be out first.

Saw this (and the snooze Little Shop) over the weekend. I'm a HUGE BEETLEJUICE fan so I was a little wary about this one. I LOVED IT. I think they did a good job of keeping the "essence" of the movie but making it its own thing. Afterwards I was excited to go home and watch the movie because both are so great! I don't know why people keep saying Act One is the act that needs work...Its really act two...the plot gets so convoluted and that Otho character HAS TO GO...Its beyond unnecessary. Als...

I wish it were Radnor dropping out...He sounded SO awful in those rehearsal videos...WOOOOF

Not crazy will call is actually at the end of a long entry way and right before the doors to the theater. Getting there at half hour before performance is fine.
