ONE TICKET HARRY POTTER & CURSED CHILD 1 & 2 --SUN 4/28 - $100 Apr 28 2019, 10:36:42 AM
I have a single ticket to the Sunday 4/28 performances of Harry Potter & The Cursed Child. It's in Dress Circle Row M Center and is face value, (actually less) $100. It's a mobile ticket and so can be easily transferred. PM me if interested. This is also on the buy/sell board but hoping it gets more looks here with time so short.

If you are into that, you will get a full-view of Daniel in that scene for minutes. It's uncomfortable after a while.

The front row seats on the side of the stage provide a full, mostly frontal view of the entire show, especially A9 & 11 and A10 & 12 as they are at the front of the stage. You have view of the horses even when you are not supposed to see them. You miss nothing. I can't vouch for the other seats but I wouldn't want to sit in back of the stage. If you pay the $31.50 that I heard they will charge you will certainly feel you got your money's worth.

I thought the onstage seating was great, especially if you are in the seats closest to the front of the stage. You are only feet from the actors and can certainly see much more than from any seats in the house. It's a thrill. The disadvantage of course is that the show is staged to be seen from the audience. From onstage/above you will not see the horses and movements as they were meant to be viewed.

I'm on the Brantley bandwagon as well. Very enjoyable production but safe and limited. Saw it from the stage seats though and it was a thrill.

EQUUS OPENING NIGHT Sep 10 2008, 01:18:07 AM
As mentioned on this board earlier, (don't think many caught it) 9/25 opening night tickets are now on Telecharge for EQUUS. Should be a very interesting event to be at.

re: EQUUS On-Stage Seating Policies Sep 3 2008, 10:26:33 AM
They are selling on-stage tickets for performances up until October 5th, not after. Perhaps they are trying to create demand like Spring Awakening did by only selling month to month.

re: EQUUS On-Stage Seating Policies Aug 30 2008, 07:23:17 AM
A week ago the stage seats were plentiful and now they are sold out? Hard to believe not even a single stage seat even for a weekday through February. They must have pulled them.

re: EQUUS On-Stage Seating Policies Aug 6 2008, 11:16:34 PM
The side seats are being sold, they are just not the first to pop up. It takes some manipulating to get yourself the seats on the front side of the stage but it can be done. If they don't show up they are probably sold.

re: EQUUS On-Stage Seating Policies Aug 5 2008, 10:28:19 AM
It seems to me that the "center seats" onstage, (101 to 114) are about the worst seats in the theatre. They are directly behind the actors and would seemingly give you only a view of asses and the backs of heads. Yet when you search on Telecharge these are the seats that pop up first. I would think that the side stage seats, (especially toward the front of the stage) would be the best of a sorry lot.

re: VISA CODE TO PURCHASE LITTLE MERMAID TICKETS Jul 27 2008, 09:03:42 PM
There is a discount code for September to November that is only good from Tue-Thur. I think the current code for August gives you a cast recording with your full priced tickets. Or something like that.

re: Billy Elliot - AMEX pre-sale - dates changed? Apr 23 2008, 10:07:56 AM
Saturday evenings are $136.50 with all other performances $10.00 less. If you have an Amex card you can try both Telecharge AND Broadwayoffers, as they offer different seats but both sites accept any Amex card. Also, don't always take the first set of seats offered, as if you keep searching they offer up the better ones. Right now you can get what I would think are Premium seats, (first three rows center) for regular price.

The sale is up now for both Amex Gold and other Amex cards. I think it went up even before 9AM.

Went to the site and found no sign of this discount. Can you be more specific?

re: A question about Equus's Broadway run Apr 9 2008, 10:17:47 AM
Didn't see it there yesterday. Then why were there questions here about seating, pricing and who would be allowed into the theatre? All unanswered until today.

re: EQUUS to play the Broadhurst, Previews begin Sept. 5 Apr 9 2008, 09:40:10 AM
Equus is now up on Telecharge. The seating chart doesn't indicate onstage seating, nor does the pricing.
