Any word if this is still going to happen in 2010?

Are all Broadway and Off Broadway theatres dark on Tony night? I am bringing a group of students and if we do not get tickets to the Tony's they might want to see something to see that night. Any information would be helpful. Thanks

Pirate Queen Playbills and Merchandise

I have tickets to the June 17th 3:00 PM show. Do you think they will have playbills left? Or will they stop printing them now that the show has closed. Also, My daughter wants a shirt, and I want a souvenir program. . Do they have shirts for sale. I collect them for information and to show my students. Thanks

I really want to see this too. I live in Utah and it does not look like it will be released here. Do they have any plans of making a DVD to purchase for those of us who live in out of the way places that will not get to see it otherwise?

I have been trying to buy discount tickets to Xanadu and when I go to broadwaybox.com and click on the view seats and buy tickets link it just reloads the same page. Am I doing something wrong? Or is it not working?

About 4 or 5 years ago i directed a production of 7 Brides for 7 Brothers at the high school where I teach Drama. At that time, MTI had the orchestration on CD that you coud rent. You might want to see if they still have it. I think at the time, it cost about $ 500.00 to rent. If you want more information PM me. I have some other ideas as well.

Tickets to shows on Tuesday after Tony's

Someone told me that you cannot get half price to tickets to shows on the Tuesday after the Tony Awards, even if they are not selling out. Is that true? I am bringing some students to New York for a week, and we want to see an extra show that is not included. Would you try at TKTS or get discount tickets through Playbill or TheaterMaina before we leave.
