What's the rake like in the music box. Looking to get sets and EK offered mid way back but my companion dislikes heights and can find some mezzanine a too steep etc. what's this one like. Is the rake gradual or quite steep?
Despite the reviews this was on my list of shows to see for our trip to New York from April 25th to May 5th... shame it closed a week too early for us to see but when i went to see what tickets were available with the discounts available it didn't bode well that at least 80% of the theatre was avaialable to book just over a week out from the performance. This and HARDBODY were on my list... will now look to replace with another show. Wasn't keen on PIPPIn but may add now (have seen production...
Has anyone done the rush tickets for this show? If so how busy is it (on a Saturday will I need to get there early) Also where are the seats? Are they at box office discretion or a certain seat allocation. I know this didn't review well but visiting New York and partner wants to see it but want to avoid full price or even the 50% ticket booth discount.
Such a shame. Don't arrive into New York until April 25th and this was on my list as we'll never see this in Australia! Now to decide what show fills this space....
Trying to get seats for early May and online sites have orchestra sold out and only mezzanine available. Is the mezzanine ok in the Lyceum to see a play? I personally prefer orchestra for plays but seems like I have no option for this one and am only in new york for a week.
What's the mezzanine like in this theatre? Is it high and far back? Do Front row mezzanine seats still feel close to stage? Have option of these at discount for Cinderella as opposed to side orchestra. Also why does seating in orchestra start so far back - is row C first row?
How high is the stage at the Booth theatre Wondered if sitting in front row or 2nd/3rd row for I'll eat you last will be ok? Know its small theatre but have been offered seats up close and just want to ensire its not too high
Hopefully an announcement soon either way as I'm holding off booking the show until i know whether he is in it or not. Given is almost end of February I would have assumed they would have announced by now if he was to leave in April.
Does anyone know if there is any chance the run of BIG FISH will extend past May 5th in Chicago. Travelling to Chicago just after this date so hoping it can get an extra week or two run. Theatre its playing in looks empty til June so possible.
I know FORBIDDEN BROADWAY plays in a small theatre so most seats should be fine but can anyone tell me how high the stage is... will it be ok to get seats in the first 2 or 3 rows?
Does anyone know how long Matthew Broderick is staying with Nice Work If You Can Get It? We have a New York trip planned for late April/early May and assume since there is no news on his leaving or a replacement that he is sticking with the show for the foreseeable future, if not til end of current booking period in August. Does anyone know where you can find anything about planned holidays for leads in Broadway shows as well?
