I just checked my "Purchases" on TDF and found that I have been charged for shows I have no desire to see. One of them is for tomorrow night and the TDF offices are closed until Monday. I did not place these orders.Check your TDF accounts!k

New York Times shuts sports desk - is 'arts and leisure' next?
Out here on Long Island, NEWSDAY used to be the newspaper everyone read and was home delivered. It gradually deteriorated in quality and subscriptions started to dwindle. When they dropped their arts coverage, I canceled my subscription Now NEWSDAY's arts coverage is limited to popular movies and television. They've even dropped the weekly listing of local concerts and community theater productions. I hope the same doesn't happen to the NYT.
Will NT’s Production of The Crucible transfer to Broadway?
Our local art cinema shows the Live in HD versions of NT productions on Saturday mornings (with brunch delivered to your seat at the interval). Many times these productions are brilliant (STREETCAR, CAT ON A HOT TIN ROOF) but their recent OTHELLO was unbearable. I was heading to the city to see CAMELOT when they showed THE CRUCIBLE.

Please check your purchases for TDF. I bought a single ticket for a CAMELOT matinee and was charged for several other shows-- none of which I want to see. My bank has been notified but the TDF offices are closed until Monday

Is Neil Simon still popular? I think COME BLOW YOUR HORN is a funny play with some great one-liners but it's views on women would be degrading in today's world. The same could be said about STAR SPANGLED GIRL and CHAPTER TWO.
