I just think the beginning and the end are from Glinda's point of view..when they go back in time, its from both point of views..because it would be impossible for Glinda to know everything about what happened to Elphaba..I think its more of Elphaba's show..its the Untold Story of the Wicked Witch..If there was no Elphaba, there would be no show..but i do have to say, i like how the bows are taken at the end..i like how they bow together and then hug..but i sort of thing they should each get ...

Yeah, I agree that Idinas totally came from her heart and it was so cute how she included Kristin Chenoweth in it..and how Kristin blew her a kiss. No competition there at all.
