Ford’s Theatre is doing it—September 10-October 18.

I am unable to read the site on my laptop or my phone. I have to use my iPad. The typeface is microscopic. Very unhappy with the change.

I’m seeing it Sunday. It will be my first time at Paper Mill. I also saw the production at Ford’s Theatre last weekend. I’m on a bit of a 1776 kick right now.

Speaking of 1776, I got a ticket yesterday for the production at Ford's Theatre, with performances beginning March 13. Looks like it's selling well. I saw it today. The theater was packed, but the auditorium was one of the smaller ones in the multiplex. Bad decision on their part—they could have sold more tickets. Not crazy about this as a filmed production. I don’t think it worked. I was bored, which I wasn’t when I saw it in NYC. I could imagine the people walking out in 1980. And I got really sick of Gussie.

I never saw it, but this thread makes me want to. I started playing the HBO version last night--just got a few minutes in before it was time for lights out. How does it compare to Broadway? I sooo love the theme by Thomas Newman and the opening cross-country shot.

I would have followed the man and called the police. Sounds like there were plenty of witnesses.
