'Ghostbusters' alum, Ernie Hudson will be playing Poseidon.
Per the report: "...in addition to being the the powerful deity of legend, in the Once Upon a Time world, we will also discover that Poseidon is the father of the villainous Ursula, played by Merrin Dungey. The two will be joined by JoAnna Garcia Swisher, who will be reprising her role as Ariel."

SO glad to hear Eion Bailey will be back!
Must be in flashback, though; didn't they kill off Adult Pinocchio?

Adult Pinocchio became a child again... the Blue Fairy turned him back...
i always thought that was really lame... but whatever
Maybe they can get Rafiki too! ( well he has magic)
Or better still- resuscitate the script from The Black Cauldron and finally make some money of of it!
I like the idea of a Horned KIng....

I totally forgot about this show until yesterday. I guess I'm looking forward to it, even though they're in "shark jumping" territory again with the new characters.

I loved this episode! Cruella, Maleficent, and Ursula seem to be very strong villains, and the way they seem to be setting up this season is interesting. I actually forgot that Ingrid was the villain last season until just now...
Some side notes/comments/questions:
-So...the author is not the sorcerer? *facepalm*
-I love feisty Snow White ("I will rip your hearts out")
-What went on between the Charmings and the Queens of Darkness in the Enchanted Forest?
-The promo for the upcoming episodes was epic
"What went on between the Charmings and the Queens of Darkness in the Enchanted Forest?"
Probably some sort of an enchanted daisy chain.
I'd call for dibs to be behind Josh Dallas in that daisy chain.
I loved tonight's episode. I want to know where Cruella's magical abilities stem from. Very interesting.

Anyone see the last couple of episodes? I think it's getting good.
Tonight's episode gave Ursula a little more to work with, thankfully, with some nice throwbacks to the Little Mermaid film.

The second half of season 4 has been way better than the first half. The throwbacks to 'The Little Mermaid' were nice. Also, I really liked that Winston Zeddemore from 'Ghostbusters' was Poseidon.

This was brought up in the media while I was away from BWW. I'm really looking forward to it.
Wicked Once Upon a Time Scoop: Rebecca Mader to Return as Zelena
Looks like her return is happening in two weeks, per the preview.

MAJOR SPOILERS BEWARE:
OMG! Marian was Zelena the whole time! She never died. She went back in time and killed Marian and pretended to be her. What a twist! It is sure good to have a great villain back.

Agree ^^.
My huisband said, "OK, this ranks right up there with Bobby's death being a bad dream on Dallas. What a cheap plot device."
It was laughably bad. A ridiculous plot twist.
That being said, Rebecca Mader is the only actress on this show (aside from the woman playing Cruella) that understands it's nothing more than camp at this point, and she's gloriously chewing all of the scenery. I enjoyed her return simply because she camps it up. To the rest of the cast (except Lana Parilla, who's been criminally underused this season), this is high drama.

You're just posting those stupid articles because you admitted you loved it, even though everyone else hated it.
Oh, shut the fu*k up. ^
Yeah, this show sucks now.

Wow! Another great episode!
SPOILERS
Cruella was always one of my favorite Disney characters period, so I was extremely excited to see what the show would do for her, and how they would make us sympathize with her. To my surprise, the biggest shock was that she was un-sympathetic with zero redeemable qualities! Kudos to Victoria Smurfit for her excellent portrayal of Cruella Deville, and I am so sad that Cruella was killed off.
Which brings me to the next great thing about the episode...Emma. I'm very intrigued with what they are doing to Emma's character, and how they are slowly turning her to the dark side (her makeup tonight was truly horrifying).
Regina once again proves that she slays it all.
And, I'm sad that I missed a very humorous moment, which I just now found out about--when Cruella was playing Angry Birds.
But, yes, an excellent episode! I wonder what the critics are going to say about it?
