Yay for Chitty! I just went to NY and ended up seeing this show several times. I love it!
awww, your signature. Kevin is such a sweet guy!
He is!!! I simply adore him! And Marc Kudish is so funny!
lol, I was afraid to talk to Marc for like three months. He's lovely, though.
When Kevin took me backstage I met Marc on the stairs, I was so nervous but managed to ask for his signature. He was super sweet and funny about it.
He's just so TALL! heh.
Haha, very true! I was on a step above him and was still a bit shorter then he was.
psh, I'm like a full foot shorter than him.
I'll join in this thread.....
Yeah... I'm going to see Chitty on Saturday's matinee!
Weeeeeeeeee.....
and I sympathize with you, Emcee.... I, too, am one of the vertically-challenged! Just the other day in a department store... it was like... "Excuse me sir... could you possibly reach up and get me that shirt off the top rack!!!" ARRRGH!

woo! i'm happy for chitty, of course, it's my show! well, okay, not MY show, but you all know what I mean...
Yes, does anyone know whether the 100th performance is the matinee or evening show? i'm assuming it'll be the evening because usually evening shows are bigger events, but you never know.....
and the show has been running for nearly 4 months, not 3. it had a month of previews.
alli - someone posted that they checked IBDb, and that it's the night show.
What did Raul say in that one interview that was recorded by video about Chitty? About some audiences being cynical? It was something how the show has everything: A flying car, great jokes, confetti, a guy getting carried into the ceiling at the end?
The show may not be perfect, but you have to be going in wanting to hate it to not enjoy yourself.
Congrats Chitty!
I want to watch that interview again.
However, I AM making arrangements to hear the one that's on in half an hour, woo!

Just got back from seeing it, yet again ! It's still so much fun!
About Marc, he's so funny. When my friend asked him to sign her playbill, he said "Sign your yearbook?" and gave her an amused look. She was so confused on whether she did/didn't say yearbook.
