But if you REALLY want to get trippy about this, that theater also housed BEST LITTLE WHOREHOUSE GOES PUBLIC which features prostitution which is a huge problem in Eastern Europe with kids and also THE SOUND OF MUSIC which not only featured a ton of kids but NAZI kids which directly relates to the 2 revivals of PETER PAN that played there both showcasing the talents of young children there against their wills by stage parents (and here's where it's going to get REALLY weird) and the ultimate child/parent play at that theater was the 1964 HAMLET starring Richard Burton who well, "y'know" with Mommy. But the ultimate WTF moment came in 1970 with the production of, are you ready... The RothsCHILDS.

When I see the phrase "the ____ estate", I imagine a vast mansion in the country full of monocled men and high-collared women receiving letters about productions across the country and doing spit-takes at whatever they contain.
