People will definitely be in line. They'll probably still be in front of the theater, depending on what time you go. They should be obvious. You probably could get more, but I'd sell them for what you paid. These people will have been waiting for hours for the chance to buy a ticket at face value. It's up to you whether you want to ask for more, I'm sure you'll get more if you try.
It depends on where your seats are located. People in cancellation line know that cancellation line tix are really good seats (house seats) so the people in front of the line will most likely decline your offer.
the people at the back of the line may budge and buy your tix though.
