So, we made it through our first preview last night without too many major snafus. Hooray! Having an audience definitely helped clarify what's working and what isn't, imho. Looking forward to hearing the notes today...
On a side note, I just found out I was nominated for an Inland Theatre League Award for my performance in Anything Goes. Cool.
Thanks for asking, DD! It was FABULOUS! Everything went like clockwork. Caldwell said the show was wonderful, the best production they have ever done. (The show's creator and original director was there with Gregory Hines' costar from the original NY production.)
I didn't get to see the show, yet I had a terrific time...and I was "working"! YAY WORK!
(BTW...Congrats from me too, Erika!)

Yes...since my husband got to see it and I didn't, I get to go see it with the "mandate" of my choice...and that would be Dottie! (Too bad you're not here, DD. I'd have a beau on each arm!!!)

I just saw Curtains this afternoon. And from Pirate Queen on Fri, and Bee yesterday, and Legally Blonde tomorrow (dress) and Tues (1st preview), I will be all showed out!
