I have searched and searched and cant find any Sunday at 1pm shows..does anyone know of one, Broadway or Off Broadway? I have to catch a plane home that day to Seattle BUT I could do a 1:00 show....2:00 show is cutting it close, and a 3:00 show is completely out. Seeing Spring Awakening Friday night (my plane gets in at 5:10 in Newark but we can make it in time) then seeing RENT matinee AND evening performances Saturday. My plane leaves at 6:15 Sunday from Newark again so I am just hoping to get in a 1pm show, if there is even such a show!
Thanks! It is actually THIS WEEKEND...Aug 24-26th.

When is your trip? Starting 9/9, Mary Poppins goes to two Sunday shows, with the earlier at 1PM.
(Corrected my original post with dates) To bad Mary Poppins doesnt start earlier til Sept. 9th...I saw it in London (thought it was "Good") and would like to see it again on Broadway. Oh well.... Updated On: 8/22/07 at 11:34 AM

The closest thing to 1:00 is Hairspray. They have a 1:30pm performance this Sunday...so you'd get out a little after 4.
Well thanks for that info on Hairspray, that might work.
If Hairspray doesn't work out, you could always try Drowsy or XanadU.

Or Eurydice at 2st.
When did Hairspray start a 1:30 performance on Sunday?
Lion King has either a 1 or 1:30 pm performance.
Mary Poppins, Hairspray, Drowsy, Lion King, Xanadu AND Eurydice do not have anything before 2 or 3pm (most 3pm)
Oh well....like I thought..probably wont happen. I guess a day to shop or go check out my nephews college (Pace)
Xanadu is only 90 minutes - you should have plenty of time if it starts at 3.

The website I checked wa sinnacruate regarding the 1:30 performance for Hairspray.
Sorry about that.
no clue if this is what you're interested in/looking for, but Fringe NYC still has some stuff going on on the 26th (the last day of the festival), with 12noon start times.
