Who dubbed Blythe Danner's voice?

Why didn't Virginia Vestoff become more well known? She recreated her Broadway role but Blythe Danner, with only one scene, became the more famous actress. It seems like Virginia just chose several Broadway bombs because 1776 was the only successful show she did on Broadway.

No one dubbed Blythe Danner. That's her. Virginia Vestoff did soap work for a bit, but alas died of cancer at age 42.

That's Blythe Danner? It just doesn't sound like her.

If I recall correctly from the DVD commentary, Blythe Danner recorded her vocals for the film before doing an outdoor production, during which she suffered some type of vocal damage before returning to shoot her scenes. Hence the disparity between the two sounds, and the charming rasp her Martha's speaking voice takes on.
