So for all of us who weren't lucky enough to get tickets, how about an on line party?

Okay, first; does everybody have a computer and a t.v. in the same room? It will be a lot easier that way.

Posted: 5/30/04 at 1:55pmThat never works with those of us on the West Coast. I will be staying away from the board that evening so that I can find out as I watch in my own dinner party.

Oh yeah...sorry about that, DAME.
Well, us Easterners can conjugate in the chatroom so the rest of you can still enjoy the company of the board. ^_^

Posted: 5/30/04 at 2:00pmThanks sweetie. But I think anyone who lives out here who isn't smart enough to stay away from this board on Tony night wants to find out early.

Posted: 5/30/04 at 2:07pmThis is off-topic (although it is the off-topic board, so whatever), but I can never get into the chat room. I click on enter the chat, and the page never loads. Is it something wrong with my computer?

Posted: 5/30/04 at 5:50pmI know how to conjugate verbs, but how does one "conjugate in a chat room"? Sounds like something an English teacher would enjoy: "and now that we've finished splitting our infinitives, we can all conjugate in a chat room---just don't let any of the guys to dangle their participles!!!!!" Weeeeee!!!!!!

Conjugate, according to dictionary.com, means "to join together."
So either we all get together in the chatroom, or we all become siamese twins there. Take your pick.

Who is actually in NYC? I'm going to host a Tony party in my apartment... you're all welcome. I live behind Lincoln center... pm me if interested.
We'll crash a post-party after we watch the awards. It'll be fun, laughs, good times.
I rock. Come to my party.

Why are children going to chat rooms???
And following - Why don't parents know which boards their are children on??? Why don't they know with whom they're conversing??? Why do they allow or ignore that they're playing with adults???
When you ignore behavior, you encourage it. How many children that have yet to get their first pimple want to run with the big dogs? You're going to get bitten!
Really, am I the only one that repeatedly has a problem with this?

Those not old enough to have gotten their first pimple.
In this case I'm talking about 12 to 14 year olds. But I'll also caution those at the tender age of 16.
(Hell, I know 18 year olds not mentally sound and emotionally mature. But at least they're legal.)
