Ree truly is a beauty

Although...when she peed TWICE on the brand new couch last week (since a certain lover of mine insisted on moving her litter box 3 times in 3 days for asthetic reasons) she was not very popular

but Jess...Lucian....can we not get a little Ree love here?

re: A day in the life of Walli, Broadway's most famous dog

Okay Broadway world, here’s the deal. Marc didn’t post the insane amount of pictures and spend an hour making up a stupid story about a fake movie and a dog and a reality show, I did. So if you've got beef with the pictures, come to me.

That in mind, Ree love is on its way, so to all who are secretly offended, BE AFRAID, BE VERY AFRAID! That cat is going to hog more bandwidth than internet porn when Lucian and I are through. I'm already in talks with the authorities about getting the entire website renamed ReeWorld.com. There will be an off topic board for bitter complainers, but they will not get to post pictures. We will need the internet space for Walli and Ree, and their wonderful, brilliantly entertaining online family of Broadway-lovin' pets.

Love Jess

Grownupgroupie, I have a burning question... How did you decipher the brand of shoe Woo is wearing? Just curious since you were right and they are mine. To think I had reckoned MYSELF a shoe expert! Clearly I am not =)

re: A day in the life of Walli, Broadway's most famous dog

Talk about taking my point out of context. I never said I didn't like you or that I had a problem with people treating you nicely. But there's a difference between nice and blatant ass kissing.

I don't see anyone else voicing their annoyance (if it exists) when it comes to you -- I know some of them are far too afraid. I don't give special treatment to anyone and I am not afraid to voice my opinion. Even if it's a friend, if you're acting like an idiot, I will tell you. It's who I am, and how I think. People can take me for who I am and either like me or not, but it really doesn't matter to me either way.

Also, you act like I've never in my life owned a dog and don't know what it's like. Quite the opposite.

Aside from which, I don't appreciate being spoken to as if I know nothing, or deserve sh!t because you don't like my reaction to this thread. What you've said Marc, will not make me lose sleep, but it does annoy me that you think you have the right to act like you know who I am and what I'm about, when really you don't know me at all... and all I did was share my thoughts on the thread.

You've told me if I don't like it, get over it... well, I'll tell you the same about my opinions. If you don't like it, get over it.

re: A day in the life of Walli, Broadway's most famous dog

I just re-read CJR's last (final?) post

"I just think it's annoying that people fall all over him, bordering on scary worshipping the ground he walks on."

wow, where was I when there was "scary worshipping of the ground I walk on"?!?!? I would have loved to have been there! I love me some "worshipping of the ground I walk on"!!

ah well...I miss all the fun...

re: A day in the life of Walli, Broadway's most famous dog

damn, I spoke too soon!

let's analyze

"Talk about taking my point out of context. I never said I didn't like you or that I had a problem with people treating you nicely. But there's a difference between nice and blatant ass kissing."

kinda ironic how after you use the old "out of context" line, you literally just put words in my mouth. I never wrote that "you didn't like me".

"I don't see anyone else voicing their annoyance (if it exists) when it comes to you -- I know some of them are far too afraid."

uh, do a search on the word Jose!! and afraid of what?

"Aside from which, I don't appreciate being spoken to as if I know nothing, or deserve sh!t because you don't like my reaction to this thread."

this is like when people who spend a lot of time on a message board tell other people who spend a lot of time on message boards to "get a life". I didn't "speak to you as if you know nothing", I responded to your opinion. And you deserve no less **** about your post than the **** you gave in YOUR posts to those who have a different point of view than yours!

"it does annoy me that you think you have the right to act like you know who I am and what I'm about, when really you don't know me at all."

huh? at this point, I would have to just say "what the **** are you even talking about??". I simply responded to your (admittedly) "slightly" uptight (IMHO) posts and then chose to exercise my right to share my thoughts on those like you who feel the need to belittle the folks who joined in on a purposely riduculous thread about a dog!! Me thinks the lady doth protest too much!!

now...back to this ReeWorld concept!!! I LOVE it!!!!

CJR,
You sound like you need a little cheering up (believe me, I more than understand) and since you mentioned you're a pet fan here's a lil snapshot of Woo that's just for you. A peace offering.

So ummm...Mr. Shaiman, I've never written to you before, but I enjoy most of your work very much. And happy birthday, from another Libra. And enjoy the ass kissing. I'll happily have my nose up your ass if it means I can accompany you to the Oscars next time you conduct the orchestra. Really. Sir.

re: A day in the life of Walli, Broadway's most famous dog

I apologize for you having to waste your time responding to me. Thank you, sir. May I have another? (In your defense, it wasn't the score that sucked so much as the movie. And that wasn't your fault. I think.)

Tiff, you're not talking about TEAM AMERICA are you? I was going to go see that tomorrow.

Sweetie, I'm still trying to get my foot out of my mouth while keeping my nose in Mr. Shaiman's ass to secure this Oscar invite. Ask me to name names in a minute. Christ! Thick people....

Yes but how many of those hundred are honest enough to admit that they're brown nosing?

No matter, got any other orifices?

re: A day in the life of Walli, Broadway's most famous dog

I dont need cheering up, I'm fine, but thanks for the 'peace offering.'

The out of context remark wasn't directed ONLY at you marc, although it did appear that way.

Uptight posts? Wow... I voiced my opinion and because I wasn't nice and peaches and cream (as I usually am here) people are flipping. I wasn't belittling anyone -- I just don't get it. I don't get the whole sucking up thing and frankly think it is, ridiculous. That's not belittling anyone. Never did I say anything to the effect of 'the people posting in this thread are losers' or anything like that. I just don't understand the constant need people have around here to suck up to you. I'm sorry, I call it like I see it -- and again, I'm not the only one, I just dont care, and have the balls to say it. I look at it this way, I've already been in the business long enough, I've done pretty much all I want to do in that respect, it really doesn't matter to me anymore if my POV makes friends or enemies.

The CJR's of the world? Good lord. Now you're making me sound like some kind of monster.

I'm going to bed. It's been a long week at work and frankly, this has turned into far too much childish bullSH*T for the group of adults posting on this thread.

Aww, in CJR's defense, I understand what you're saying. You're a cool cat too. And it's nice to tell it how you feel it is. ::hugs::

Thanks Type -- I was never trying to belittle anyone... I just.... "don't get it." I don't care if people agree with me -- I'd never try and sway a personal opinion... I just wanted people to understand WHAT I was saying and WHERE I was coming from with it.

Now I'm REALLY going to bed before I fall asleep at my computer lol

re: A day in the life of Walli, Broadway's most famous dog

Okay, so much for bed... Im a glutton for punishment and had a feeling Marc would have something else to say and I had to check this once more before I shut down my computer for the night....

What in the hell are you babbling about? With all the SH*T that flies around this board I of all people make you SO mad? With all due respect, are you smoking something???? Would you like to share -- because it must be good if I'm the one who makes you mad.

I'm probably one of the quietest and most unassuming people on the board. I don't start flame wars, I don't jump into every thread with a negative remark, I don't shoot down overzealous fans of every show and for the most part, Im the one typically jumping in threads saying "you don't have to agree but you have to respect everyone's opinion." But IM the one who makes you mad?

I think your views are slightly skewed.
