Tone is hard to convey in pure text, but I'm pretty sure nothing was meant by Mr. Shaiman's last post. And you're definitely not one of the nasty posters here, CJR- which is why the fact that you got even mildly pissed here surprised me all the more. Peace, everyone. It's just a thread about a dog. If there's some butt-kissing going on here, it's relatively harmless. Or maybe I'm just being naive. Who knows.

Actually, it would be from the mass amounts of sugar I consumed today. ESPECIALLY the cupcake I had this afternoon! I think the only 'real meal' I had all day was french toast at the Edison for dinner....

Damn, this reminds me why I cant ONLY eat sugar and drink coffee! haha

I wrote Marc a fan letter when I was twelve and that's how I know him. He wrote back. True story, still have the letter. And now I am living proof that Marc Shaiman is the sweetest man on earth. Ten years later I still enjoy my reigning title as his charity case (I must have been a really pathetic twelve year old, I'd write you all about it if I hadn't blocked it all out) and I don't even have to lift a finger for Marc. Sometimes to make me feel important Marc jokes that I am the Assistant to the Assistant but that is just because in reality I eat his food and sleep all day. Once I fed the cat. Needless to say, Lucian does the real labor and he is very good at all things musical!

John Hill is a friend, and he and Lucian and I spent a few days at the beach this week, which we documented in pictures. What a decision that turned out to be - jess
